THE TRAILSIDE CREAMERY PEDALER PARADE was a HUGE success!

A GIANT Thank you to everyone who came, shared, volunteered (Alicia, Susie and Alexa!!), had some cake
(and maybe a cone) and participated in yesterday's fun Pedaler Parade day!
Special Thanks goes out to the Greenville Spinners and Mark Gordon, who powered the Pedaler all the way from Greenville...in that heat!! Amazing job Mark and Spinners! A big Thank you to James & Val Richardson of the TR Tribune, who not only helped to document the day, but whose children also rode in the parade...way to go guys!!

More Thanks goes to Mike Nice of the Greenville Daily Photo blog, who stayed ahead of the pack and got some great shots of the day! Thanks goes to Larry & Jane Conklin, for our beautifully crafted birdhouses dotting the trail!

Thank you to Ty Houk and his amazing staff at the Greenville Recreation Center,
who green-lighted our little Creamery project and gave it "trail" to fly!

And especially, The Wiggle Room's April & Derrick Morris for all their amazing creative and handy-work help on our Pedelar project...Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Thank you to ALL for making our Pedaler event such a great success and a wonderful day!
We couldn't have done it without any of YOU!

After 70 years, a vintage grocery delivery
bike finds its purpose as the newest "must see"
on the GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Trailside Creamery commissioned Greenville Spinner Mark Gordon, an avid bike collector, to restore this classic 1940's delivery bike for use in selling their
ice cream confections directly to the folks
using the trail.

Ice cream cone birdhouses
will mark the Pedalers stops along the trail
and will be making their appearance as early as
this week!

Be on the lookout!

Beginning Saturday, June 30th
trail-goers can purchase ice cream at any one of the
Pedaler stops along the GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail.

The Pedaler route will begin at the northern-most point on the trail located near North Greenville Hospital
and end at Furman University.

So if you're hot on the Trail for some Ice Cream, be on the
lookout for the Trailside Creamery Pedaler!
